Frequently asked questions

What happens after I write to you?

We look at every message we receive and think carefully about them. We aim to reply to messages within one working week. Sometimes it's shorter than this, and sometimes a little longer. Often, we will suggest arranging a call or a meeting to think together about best next steps for you or your organisation.

What experience do you have offering supervision and consultation to other professionals?

We are experienced in offering supervision and consultation to other professionals and organisations, including those who do not practice psychological therapy directly (for example, colleagues working in education or social care). As an example, we have offered supervision to children's social worker, to pastoral staff in schools, to art therapists and other allied health professionals.

Supervision or consultation would provide an opportunity to think with a specialist psychoanalytic lens about what may be happening in your area of work or workplace.

We are trained and experienced in offering this support and guidance to individual practitioners, as well as in facilitation of reflective practice and specialist experiential groups.

We are also experienced in conducting and feeding back specialist observations and State of Mind Assessments in support of networks and organisations working with young people.

How much is it?

You can find a list of services here. The fee for supervision and consultation is decided between you and the supervising therapist. Normally, supervision services are commensurate with our clinical hours listed here.
